By accessing our site, browsing our catalogue, or placing an order via WhatsApp, email, or contact form, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Catalogue-Based Ordering

Zeal by Roche operates as a catalogue-based website, meaning:

  • Orders are placed by browsing our online catalogue and referencing the product code.
  • To place an order, contact us via our Contact Page, WhatsApp, or email, stating the item code, preferred size, and quantity.
  • We will respond to confirm item availability, sizing, pricing, and delivery timelines.

No payment is taken through the website directly. All transactions are handled manually for a personalized and secure shopping experience.

2. Orders by Individual Clients

  • All orders are subject to product availability and size confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, the client will receive details for payment and delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order request due to stock unavailability or incomplete payment.
  • Prices listed are exclusive of shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders by Hotels, Resorts & Corporate Clients

Zeal by Roche welcomes inquiries from hospitality brands for bulk orders, custom pieces, or uniform design collaborations.

By engaging in a hotel or B2B partnership:

  • Clients agree to supply accurate specifications, sizing, and customization requirements.
  • A formal quotation, invoice, and lead time will be shared before production begins.
  • A deposit or full advance payment may be required for large or custom orders.
  • All collaborative terms (such as exclusivity, logo usage, or NDA clauses) can be discussed in a separate agreement.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All product prices are quoted in USD or LKR.
  • Final payment details will be provided during order confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless an invoice has been issued.
  • Shipping charges and any applicable duties (for international deliveries) are borne by the client.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries are fulfilled upon payment confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
  • Zeal by Roche is not responsible for customs delays or courier-related disruptions.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

For hotel/resort clients:
Due to the custom and bulk nature of orders, exchanges and refunds may not be applicable unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved specifications. All changes post-production may incur additional costs.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, designs, descriptions, and branding used across the site and communications belong to Zeal by Roche.
  • No content may be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without written permission.
  • Hotels or partners wishing to use product photos for promotional purposes must seek brand approval.
